ONLY is a culmination of the energy of Punk, the intensity of Metal, and the grooves of Rock, creating a unique brand of heaviness. The band was established in early 2001 by founders Erich Tran (guitar), Joe Shields (bass), & Sol Bales (vocals). Based out of Des Moines, Iowa ONLY has evolved out of previous bands formed in 1998. With an extreme dedication to writing songs with HUGE hooks, melodies, crushing guitars, grooves, and an intense live show, they've established themselves as one of the premier bands in the Midwest. The band has released two independent CDs: Self Titled & Apparitions, and has toured consistently throughout the Midwest region with a DIY attitude. With the concrete line-up of drummer, Celestino Sal Ramirez and rhythm guitarist, Mark Sparky Reinking, the band plans on unleashing their own brand of rock/metal to the masses with a full-length album in the Fall of 2007!!!!!!!!!
