Selection of songs that have never been released until now! Two were written with David Darnell and another is a redo of my own. "Clearwater" was handed to me over lunch and I immediately fell in love with his lyrics. Although I was writing Country for David, I asked if I could do something else with this one. The track is mesmerizing to me!! "Since I've been gone" was the first song we did together. Lyrics take a unique approach to break ups and it is another of my favorites. Lastly... "That's what I heard". This is an older song that deserved another go. As I made the rounds in Nashville getting critiques for David's stuff, I got great reviews on "That's what I heard"... with slight lyric adjustments required. I made a few changes, called Lea to sing with me and we were in Danny Howes Studio recutting it. I find it was worth the effort. Hope you enjoy...
