I Grew up in Brooklyn, New York where I was introduced to different kinds of music. Frrom Carribean music to pop music. This was the starting point for my music. I then moved to Chicago where I was introduced to more rap and hip hop music. It was here that I wanted to be a lyricist. I was listening to the Hot Boys and Cash Money Millionaires which inspired me to write verses but I soon found out that making the music itself was what I was really meant to do.

To Perfect the Beat is an instrumental cd that blends that old school hip hop with a little bounce towards new school. The first song that I created was Instinctive. Which was basically made on instinct. A couple songs were made during my lunch break, which is why they are named, On a lunch Break, The Corner of Noon and Mid-Day.
