STONE COLD TRUTH- Kicks ass. We don't play silly games. we give you everything we have from start to finish.
The band was formed on May 7th 2003. After a bitter custody battle/lead guitarist/vocalist and lyricist Mike Gaschler went on a writing rampage. In the sink, Christian Liar, and You Stole from Her were written in succession. Gaschler then teamed up with an old friend who would provide some key ingredients---Smashing fucking drums! John Fox later joined as our outstanding bass player. This is our first cd. We currently have 2 other cds. One (Be the Shield) is soon to be released. The other (House of Muncy) is scheduled to be released in 2008.
We have a very distinct sound. We get are influences from many different artist. Check us out. we think you are gonna like it. Most of the songs on our 1st cd are about hypocrits and liars. You know people who talk a lot of shit and really get your skin boiling.
Some of our strongest musical influences would be from such acts as OVERKILL, Rage against the Machine, AC/DC, and Eminem.
