Biography
âFor I know the plans I have for you,â declares the Lord, âplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.â (Jeremiah 29:11) This scripture and Timothyâs love for the Lord are the motivation behind the musical movement of this talented artist.

Timothyâs music career began in the Chicago area singing in churches and community choirs, including James Clevelandâs Metro Mass Choir. Although he was a talented vocalist, fear kept him from coming to the forefront during his early years.

Eventually Timothy joined the Army to become a chef. But, as the Lord would have it, he quickly found himself in the music field. During Operation Desert Storm, an Army General took notice of his vocal talent while he was performing a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and catapulted him into the Armyâs limelight. From there he was flown to Washington, DC where he became a premiere vocalist with the U.S, Army Field Band affectionately known around the world as the Musical Ambassadors of the Army. A chance solo opportunity at New Birth Cathedral (Atlanta GA) caught the attention of Minister Byron Cage, who contacted Reverend Donald Vails (deceased), opening the door for Timothy to be featured as a solo artist on a gospel album. Timothy has also worked with Minister Stephen Hurd, who provided him with opportunities for his music ministry.

With his debut release, Timothy seeks to bring his uniquely different, yet familiar gospel sound to the forefront, presenting original songs that are encouraging, uplifting, inspiring, and at times energetic. He invites you to join in with him in celebration of the salvation that comes through accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
