How to make page-turning e books using powerpoint or open office

This handy fully illustrated pdf file shows you clearly and simply how to make powerpoint (or open office) presentations that look just like open books and whose pages turn.
The effect will be of an open book showing two open pages (although the front cover is, of course, a single page, as is the back cover).
On each click of the mouse, the right hand page turns, exposing the two following pages.
The author (me) has also given the effects to be used in Open Office Impress to create a similar effect.
Save Euros, Pounds or Dollars making superb looking books that you can use in your presentations, to use online or to sell as ebooks. You can convert your presentation to a flash file with software to be found by searching the web - or create a self running .exe file on disk with powerpoint's own package to CD option. You can also use the 'iexpress' option from the 'run' menu in Windows to produce a self-extracting .exe file. (I found out about 'iexpress' in an article from www.indezine.com by Geetesh Bajaj). This option allows you to create a licence for your book as well.
