Raquel is also excited to once again support the charity that is closest to her heart. For the past few years she has raised more than $30,000 for the Greater Bay Area Make-a-Wish Foundation by running in marathons around the country. A portion of her on-line cd sales will continue to go to the Greater Bay Area Make A Wish Foundation. She's also raised money for the Sickle Cell Council of N.M., The Ronald McDonald House, and Nana's Children of AZ. all through different charity fundraisers she has performed at.
