Jerry "Cridie Mac" Pierce born November 19, 1979 in Columbus, Ohio.
During 1997 Cridie, T.J. "Illanam" and Charles "Bariu" formed Ill Mob (Rap Group). But due to unfortunate circumstances Cridie was left standing alone. He was "away" for a minute but he has returned with the Summer(05') Hit "Throw Your Hood Up" He has worked with many producers such as Ice, Keys, Dark Side, Crac Roc Beat's, Sinatra and D- Boy Beats to name a few. He has been on songs with Squad Up, Lil Hollywood, Miller Boyz, Mean Mug and the whole Slaughterhouse crew. He has performed on the same ticket as Boyz N Da Hood, Lil Weebie, Juvenile, E-40 along with a host of other artists. The streets got a closer glimpse of Cridie as he released Stress Muzik in the Summer of 2005' to critical acclaim. Without much hesitation he got the ball rolling and collaborated with Mean Mug for the Street Mixtape "We in the Streets". The 2006' stretch for Cridie has been huge with a full roster of talent from his own imprint a nd label "SlaughterHouse Ent." which boasts HipHop artists and R&B talents such as: Paul Clark, Rahway, D-Payne, T-Huzzie and more.
Cridie has been on a tear as of late performing almost 2-3 shows a month and most recently celebrated yet another collective effort with TY Wills called "Supa Contra", an ode to the classic Nintendo Game, but morphed into a HipHop Classic that is getting radio airplay on
107.5 FM and has multiple songs appearing on mixtapes nationally. This collabo street album has set the stage for another street mixtape that is due to release in coming weeks called.."There's only 1 KING" which will feature hosting and mixing services by DJ Con Artist and a "SlaughterHouse Mixtape" to expose the entire camps progressions as well. Early Spring of 2007 will see the release of Stress Muzik 2.
Cridies developed flare on the mic and sincere passion for the artform and appreciation for his supporters is evidence that Cridie, can and will be the next go-to man in Columbus as he progresses both as a man and as a KING
