"AC Does It" is the new vocal album from New York based smooth jazz artist Gerry Aire. His previous release, instrumental project "The Fur Elise Jam And More", was a local hit in the NY area, and this set continues in the same mellow, luxuriously orchestrated sound, adding Gerry's unique vocal style to the mix. The result is some of the most gorgeous, sophisticated music we've heard from an independent artist -- well-performed and professionally-recorded from start to finish.

All the songs here feature those exciting rhythms and exotic chord progressions which make us want to listen over and over again. Says Gerry: "I recorded the studio tracks for this album, 'AC Does It', on good old-fashioned tape, as opposed to digital, and I deliberately mastered it to have the sound of the Seventies or early Eighties. That may seem like a strange goal for a CD coming out today, but I absolutely love the sound of those recordings, as do many other people. There's something so warm, cozy and ear-friendly about the music of that era. I knew I wanted that kind of a sound for this adult contemporary project -- it just seems to compliment it so well, and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out".
