Who or what is HomeBoy glo?



HomeBoy glo is a Singer/ Songwriter/ Producer/ Performer based out of Massachusetts. He has been writing and performing for the better part of the last 2 decades in various bands including "Highly Qualified" and "Ripcore".



HomeBoy glo, A.K.A. "JP" then decided it was time to branch off in a new direction, cutting away all limitations and exploring the endless artistic avenues in which to create his Random self-expressions.



With influences ranging from The Beatles, Barry Manilow, Van Halen to Frank Sinatra and ACDC, he now sets out on a journey of Self-discovery. That vision has brought this page with all the material contained within it to the World Wide Web and hopefully to an audience that is ready to embrace the true, honest Expressions of a uniquely multi-faceted individual.



All material has been written and performed by a single musician, recorded at his modest home studio. Utilizing the percussion section of this Digital recorder, he meticulously arranged the rhythm section heard behind all musical compositions. The only exception to this being a guest appearence by former "Ripcore" Bassist, Ken "Kentone" Cassidy on the song "Nothin".



HomeBoy glo's musical forte has been influenced by various sources as noted above, though he perfers not to lump himself into any one genre. Finding it more agreeable to have the listeners themselves make any such classifications.
