On this CD, poet, novelist, playwright, librettist,and song writer Ishmael Reed makes his debut as a pianist and group leader.
On the CD,âFor All We Know,â which is dedicated to the young
people who, with few options, entered the armed forces in order
to further their education.Reed is joined by a stellar group of
musicians including Roger Glenn, Chris Planas, and
classical violinist Carla Blank, who studied under the famed Russian
violinist,Mihail Stolarevsky,and violinist, Rachel Durling.
