âBreatheâ is taken from Nikkoleâs critically acclaimed album, âA Girl Like Me,â which also spawned âItâs Too Lateâ featuring The Emotions and âGonâ Bounceâ both singles were well received in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia.

The lyrics, melody and vocal arrangement for âBreatheâ were written and co-produced by Nikkole. Lloyd âDub LTâ Tolbert also served as producer on the track. In fact, Nikkole wrote and produced the entire track for âBreathe â Nix 4-on-the-Flo Dance Mix.â She looked to the European scene for the DnB mix of âBreathe,â which is âBreathe â Subject13 DnB â London Underground Mix.â This track was actually cut in London by DnB mastermind, Dave Stewart a.k.a. Subject13. The executive producers on the maxi-single are Ken Yasuda, Nikkole and Wallace Hall.
