Born in Englewood, Colorado, It was about ten years later in rural Arkansas that I first took up guitar. Almost fifty years later,in the studio, I have built a collection of songs that will touch your emotions. Pusherman has gotten great reviews from people of all ages, while Good Morning resonates for any couple who have had to work different shifts. The Society's Slave name comes from the third track which has been my lifestyle most of the time. This Old House is more on the darker, blusier side touching on the empty feeling of failed relationships. Sandy Beaches is slightly more country than the others while Golden Sunset captures memories of a moment in time. Hooker is about young runaways and what can and does happen to them. I was working in a all-night restaurant and noticed a real young girl coming in with the ladies of the night, after I found out that she was one of them I went home and wrote Hooker. Girl and The Other Side Of Me need no explanation.

After nearly ten years, all but out of music entirely, technology gave me a way to build songs layer after layer while not distorting the early layers. I bought a storage building and with some help from my wife and friends, we turned it into a fully functional recording studio. Thanks to some great software, I am able to layer instrument and vocal tracks and keep them syncronized. Each sound on the album is made from a real instrument recorded one at a time. Even the drum tracks are real not canned.
