Six Star General:
-Are a trio with guitar, bass and drums.
-Can play twenty songs in 40 minutes.
-Are based out of Providence, RI.
-Have been playing together since February 2004.
-All grew up in a town called Warren, RI although only one still lives there.
-Play music that is loud, slow, fast, or soft. Some call it punk, some don't.
-Practice on Sunday mornings.
-Have never played the same set twice.
-Have played live over 75 times.
-Usually play shows two or three times per month.
-Recorded and released three cds in 2006.
-Make very little money from their music.
-Are on 75orLess Records.

A pure-power trio, Six Star General delivers jagged, angular riffs in the vein of Wire, but with the swagger and punch of Black Flag. Old school indie rock that hearkens back to the time when indie rock had balls.
