Ted Rosenthal won first prize in the Thelonious Monk Competition and has released ten CDs as a leader. His latest solo recording, The 3 Bâs, earned four stars in Downbeat. Rosenthal toured and recorded with the Gerry Mulligan Quartet, and has performed with many jazz legends including Art Farmer, Phil Woods, and James Moody, as well as The Carnegie Hall Jazz Band and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.
