Emerging from the well established hardcore and junk punk scene of Cream City comes the three man synth power-plant known as Terrior Bute. No run-down basement, shitty legion hall, hole-in-the-wall club or Krunk ass party is safe from the ripping moog lines, whirlwind drums, and whaling keytar that would make Moby Dick fear a harpoon to the face. Ryan, Jeff, and Henry met in high school and shared a love of eccentric dirty synthesizers. Inspired by their analog heroes Devo, Gary Numan, and Kraftwerk, they made a mission to fucking rock this town. The sound quickly developed, with Milwaukee by their side, into the unique style that's not too synth and not too punk but all too real. Playing with contemporaries such as Japanther, Juiceboxxx, and Call Me Lightning, their style continues to crystallize. Their debut release Return to the Astro Castle might be described as a masterpiece two years in the making, a first row ticket to the annals of synth rock history.
