Biography
Ignited by their passion and commitment to produce intricate music, Frank, Ignacio, Vincent and Ed formed Dellacane, the four-piece, pop-rock band with an irresistible sound that will appeal to fans of such acts as the Beatles, Green Day and the Strokes.

Over the past year, the band has developed their local Bronxville fan base into a loyal fan base spanning throughout New York. With more than
thirty original songs to their credit, Dellacane has set their sights on the performing in venues across the country.

At the age of ten Ignacio performed in the chorus of the Metropolitan Metropolitan Children's Chorus in over forty operas. Ignacio also studied Piano and is a self-taught guitar and bass-player.

Frank picked up his first guitar at age 14. Frank's skillful approach stems from his passion to follow in the footsteps of musical legends such as the Beatles, the Beach Boys, Green Day and Cesare Cremonini.

Frank and Ignacio lived abroad in Italy for one year. Upon returning to the states, Ignacio and Frank incorporated their new found love for Italian
influenced music by adding Italian love songs to their already impressive repertoire.

Vincent was introduced to the group in late 2006. He is an established musician with a history of playing the drums, guitar and keyboards. Vincent interned at Mother West Records for three years, where he had the opportunity to work as an engineer and editor alongside Charles Newman for The Magnetic Fields, The Electric Ladybugs, The Caufield Sisters, Earlymay, The Davenports, The Walking Concert, and We Are Scientists. While at Mother West, Vincent also took part in creating background tracks for MTV's Newlywed's DVD.

Ed, a seasoned guitarist from Orange County, California joined Dellacane in late June. Ed met Ignacio and Frank while studying abroad in Italy. Following graduation, Ed moved to New York to join Dellacane after the group agreed he was the perfect component to complete Dellacane's sound.

Dellacane's sound is multi-dimensional and resonant, yet their sound is intimate enough for any venue. Dellacane has many amazing originals, including crowd favorites The Latest Craze, Chinatown and Fighting Frenzy.

Most recently, Dellacane competed and won second place overall against thousands of bands in the Emergenza International Music Festival. They will begin their North East tour by 2008 and will also tour the U.S. from coast to coast in the "Best of Emergenza Tour."
