BIO:

Guitarist Fab Tranzer has incorporated many different styles into his own unique sound throughout his career as a sideman in Europe and in the U.S.
He has toured with significant artists, such as legendary harmonica player Charlie McCoy and the great Wanda Jackson. He has collaborated with award winner singer Jackson Mackay, pedal steel player Lionel Wendling, and singers Virginie Schaeffer, Vicky Layne and Jill Morris for international tours, festivals, and album recording sessions. He has produced several recordings, including harmonica player Ange Amadei's second album, âEmotionsâ.
Originally from Alsace, the eastern part of France near the Swiss and German border, Fab began to perform in local bands at an early age. He studied theory, harmony, and arrangement at the prestigious music school CMCN (now MAI) in Nancy, where he graduated with First Prize Honors in 1991. Influenced by the music of Miles Davis, Stax and Motown artists, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Muddy Waters, Ray Charles, Donny Hathaway, The Shadows, and The Eagles, among many others, Fab has the rare ability to carry out his own musical identity through a wide spectrum of musical idioms.
After spending three years living in the southern U.S, Fab released his first solo record entitled âRivieraâ in 2007.
