I retired in 2000. With time on my hands, I recently wrote ten original songs about the American Cattle drive. The songs are intended to reinforce the culture and values we hold to be true in our country. These cowboy songs have a lively upbeat tempo. I believe that the listener will be thoroughly entertained.

The âCowboy Up!â album was produced and recorded by some very talented professional musicians in Levelland, Texas who are well known in this area. The vocalist is a teacher in the music department at South Plains College. He plays several instruments and yodels in one song. Another musician has recorded his own albums in Nashville. He gives harmonica lessons locally. Still, another performer is recognized as a skilled guitar player. He gives lessons on how to play the different kinds of guitars and the banjo. Naturally, other professional musicians and technicians helped in producing this CD.
