At just the age of 16, Lexi Moul is making her way into the country music industry.. Music has always been a part of her life in the rural Ogallala Nebraska community where she has grown up . Mom , Davanne says that Lexi was born singing! She was just 2 years old when she started singing to Dolly Parton...not missing a word, not missing a note. Lexi started dazzling audiences at the age of 4, performing the National Anthem and other music selections for sporting events and local fairs. Lexi started dreaming about being a country singer when she was 10, riding in the backseat of her motherâs pink Cadillac. That was when she told her mom she would be singing in Nashville by the time she was 14.

Lexi started competing in the Colgate Country Show Down when she was 11 and has been a finalist every year. She has also competed in the Galaxy of Stars Search where she was a top 5 finalist at the State Fair Competition in Lincoln Nebraska in 2006. She has been the opening act at the Ogallala Indian Summer Rendezvous for the past 2 years. She has performed nationally at Mary Kay Cosmetic conferences. This has been very special to her since her mother is a Senior National Sales Director in Mary Kay. Lexi says that this is where she learned that a little girl can dream and that dreams can come true as she has watched her mother aspire through her own dreams.

Just as Lexi dreamed, she began traveling to Nashville Tennessee to study under Country Music renowned voice coach, Renee Grant-Williams in 2005, just 10 days after her 14th birthday! Lexi released her first country music album titled âI Just Doâ in July 2007 available on her website www.justlexi.com.
