Details:
I was in the third grade: we were on the rosd again. We played every coffie house and nightclub from San Diego to Hollywood: it was our last show in Southern California.
The musicians: backup singers : even Dick Bock and his crew from "World Pacific Records showed up and the theatre it was packed.
The show went well; my father , Lord Buckley recorded the straight version of everything mimicking; the bad words in at there appropriate spots.
After the show everyone left and they recorded"Maharaja" and "Scrooge" then after Dick Bock and his crew left. Lyle the wild Griffen snuck in and pulled out his webber stero recorder and they recorded his favorite piece," The Bad Rapping of the Marquis De Sade".
I remember my mother waking me up; I was sleeping on the stage. She put my sister and me in the 56 Olds;with the trailer attached and we drove to our next gig in San Francisco; "The Hungry Eye". I was eitght years old ,at the time it was the best show I had ever seen.
