A brief history...
It was a collapsing 1989 as Martyr survived synths/samplers where an era left off; Dream Legacy was born. Following one live production, Martyr submerged, supporting various shadowing projects. In 2002, reemerging into a darker, technologically 'advanced' world was Martyrs for Passion. Jordan joined on bass, and soon to follow, Aaron was to complete the rythm section on electronic drums. Celebrating six previous years as members of They Sang as They Slew as well as earlier appearances with Locust Years, Luxury, and Buzz Town, Jordan and Aaron continue their musical expression with both bands adding energy and personal touch. Electronic made music has always been the heart of MFP, drawing on life experience, extended to 'old' and new equipment to shape their sound. "We will never lose our respect for 'vintage' [equipment] as a band, just ask Depeche Mode and Thomas Dolby what fueled their pioneering."
