This record represents over two years of work and is the story of the life and death of Roger Gilmour. The band's sound live is an eclectic mix of loud rock. This records shifts from acoustic to hard rock. Local critic Ken Bartlett calls it "an indie rock masterpiece." The Hartford Advocate called The New Inertia "Local Rock Legends". Other critics have dubbed The New Inertia "The most overzealous Band ever." They have had thier music played locally on 106.9 WCCC and been the topic of discussion on 99.1 WPLR.
The New Inertia can not be stopped. On Lead guitar and voclas: dave waters on bass and voclas: Matt McCallister and live drumming: Tom Wagner.
