Details:
These songs are little vignettes, each from a different chapter of the same play. It's a collection of gifts from some very gifted folk. My heart is full of gratitude for all the people who worked with me on this project and who gave so generously of their time and talents. I love them all from the bottom of my heart.
All songs are home recordings on a 16 track Fostex reel to reel, except 2 versions of "Can't Stop This Train" and some over-dubs, as well as all vocal tracks, which were recorded at Acousti Studio in Paris, France.

Penta Swanson, also known as Leslee Swanson, and Penta Leslee Swanson, got her start in Seattle. Founded The Dynette Set with Scott McCoy in 1981 in Seattle. Moved to NYC the following year. Sang in cabaret group "The Biaritz Orchestre." Went to Paris, France and sang and toured with Zazou/Bikaye. Returned to NYC and Joined "The Living Theatre" with director Judith Malina. Returned to Paris and stayed for 8 years working on her original music. Moved to Los Angeles for 4 years and currently lives in Eugene , Oregon with her 16 year old daughter.
