Although we perform our live gigs as a large (as many
as 16 pieces) Western Swing Showband, this CD was recorded
in Nashville with studio musicians ... and although when
we do our live performances we sing and play mostly older
country standards ... this CD is all tunes I have written and charted over the years as an independant country soloist.

We release the first single, "The California Earthquake Song" on my birthday May 18th, and will follow it up with a tour here in my home state of California. This will be followed by the second single release to country radio in January of 2006. That will be, "Let's Drive Friendly" ... as you probably know we do have lots of little "quakes" here in the state ... but the "BIG ONE" might be coming anytime ... and you have no doubt heard about our freeway shootings ... so the tune I wrote as an anti-road-rage song will be timely - ha!

Thanks to all of the DJs who have ordered this CD and are playing it all over the world ...
