Every week, over the last 5 years, Freeloops.co.uk (and subsequently computermusictutorials.com) have given away Royalty free, high quality loops designed by UFO Dance.

This is volume 2 of those archived loops, covering many genres. You get chillout, house, fx, trance, hip hop, soft rock, techno, funk etc. These are all acidized and perfectly looped so they will work with any loop package i.e. Acid, FL Studio, Sonar, Garageband, Mixmeister and Ableton Live etc. Speed them up, slow them down, slice and dice. They will still sound good.
