Dave Brusco is a classic rock guitarist from the East coast now residing in Billings, Montana writing, producing and releasing multiple albums in the past year. "New Old School" is his 2nd effort of 2004 with alot more on the way in the very near future. Fans of classic rock like Thin Lizzy, April Wine, or possibly Leslie West having a fight with Dire Straits (and winning!!!) will like this release from the Philadelphia native. "I'm a big fan of virtuosos like Satch and Vai,but I don't play that style of guitar. My teachers were Michael Shenker,Frampton and Rush,so I'm quite sure that comes into play where my technique is concerned". Simply put, this 2nd album screams classic rock and you'll know that as soon as you play the first track. "Being in total control of your own music from start to finish is something only recently available to the vast majority of musicians and it has been worth the wait as far as I'm concerned. I like that my material comes out the way I intended without having to explain or concede anything to anyone".
