This artist is commonly known as Lamont but to his music peers he is known as J-Mon Da Vocalist. Its a new guy that has stepped on the scene, with a different style of music. He was born in the brick state of New Jersey but currently has his feet planted on Georgia grounds. He found the love for music at the early age of 6. Back then it was the smooth sound of Michael Jackson that caught his ear, but over the years he has had many other inspirations such as Tank, and Jamie Foxx. Over the past few years in his life he faced a tragedy that tried to disable him from pursuing his skillz and abilities. He was a great keyboard player and vocalist , and with the tragedy it detoured him from being able to make that keyboard talk , but GOD found another way for him to play that keyboard thanks to technology and computers. But through it all he still has those vocals. Just when the devil thought he had him down and out , thats when GOD stepped in and said Mont I have another plan for you and thats what hes doing pursuing his gift and blessing others with his voice. He has traveled several places across the east coast performing , such as the black expo , concerts, weddings, competitions ,colleges ,and thus far has managed to place 1st every where he went , and would like to thank all of you who are supporting him along this journey.
