An eccentric modern rock album made for individuals that are looking for something different and exciting. If you like the music of John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Neil Michael Hagerty (ex-Royal Trux/Pussy Galore) then this is a must have.
13 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Modern Rock, ROCK: Progressive Rock
Details:
To fill the time gap between his debut and a new effort, Davi decided to release Strange, an oddities/outtakes album. Twelve songs are from the Free-Form recording sessions. The final track is dated back to 1996, a song found on a dusty tape filled with early recordings of Davi. The songs on Strange were dropped out of Free-Form because the vibe they carried as a collected group of songs was so strong that they had to be released as an individual album. Sticking to the 4-track recording method, Davi delivers a heavier album. The moodiness that prevailed on Free-Form is not as blatant here and the humor found in songs like "I Wanna", "Love Song" and "Outro" make Strange a fine eccentric album.
