Born in a time when rap-rock and pop-punk ruled the scenes, Pomeroy had difficult choices to make early in their career. The band had a
song that caught on to Midwest radio in the spring of 1999. It fit right in with the whole rap-rock explosion. Fans began to flock to Pomeroy shows and the band began selling out venues.

The shows got bigger and the touring circle got broader. Then the labels came. While the band was cohabiting with mice, "borrowing"
food from local restaurant kitchens, and cuddling up with bed bugs, they were fielding calls from Atlantic, Warner Bros., Sony, Universal,
and a barrage of Indies. Every label had the same comment. "Wow, we really love that song. Why doesn't the rest of the album sound like
that?" Making a record where every song is just like "that" song is no-brain business to a record label. To this band it was a different
story.

But this was just the first chapter of Pomeroy's story. With a desire to earn musical respect, the band began to perfect their live show. It paid off. Pomeroy shows became the talk of the Midwest scene. These guys weren't needing to "borrow" food anymore. Their live shows became their bread and butter. They landed opening slots for national acts and moved up to headlining bigger venues.

With a killer live show notched in their belt, there remained one final hurdle.... "Vader", they must confront "Vader". Pomeroy's
"Vader" was making a great record. Up until this point, the band felt like they had made good records, but not a great one, at least...not
yet.

On Oct. 9, 2007 Pomeroy will give their fans the beginning of a new chapter, a new hope, "A New Reflection" of their favorite band.

"A New Reflection", Pomeroy's latest record, is brilliant. It's focused yet eclectic. Musically it rocks full throttle with layered
guitars, big drums, deep pockets, and beautiful melodies. Lyrically, it's an introspective journey of themes from redemption to spiritual
warfare.
