"In addition to my professional career as a musician and songwriter, I spent twenty five years creating educational tours for children in Australia and New Zealand. It was a great joy to take the music of the world to young enquiring minds. This project is a group of ten free-form improvisations, one recorded each day for ten days in he early 1990s. It was great fun creating these sound-scapes using instruments from many different cultures and even using the kitchen sink".

Wayne Roland Brown has been based in Nashville USA for the last 16 years where he is a musician, independent producer and jewelry designer., Wayne has traveled widely in pursuit of his interest in non-western music. Collecting over 130 musical instruments from 32 countries around the world (including the didjeridoo, Arabic Ud and sitar), Wayne has worked as a music educator for many years including performance/lecture tours for all of the Australian Arts Councils. The song, "Essential Sensual", which was included in the Tom Cruise movie, Cocktail is now available on the album "Flight of Fancy".
