About Ashley Payne
Ashley Tishaè Payne, a 10 year old native of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, grew up in the suburb of Temple Hills, MD. Ashley started singing at the age of 2 years old in her local church choir. At the age of 6 she developed her skills as a pianist under the direction of Shirley Ables Music Ministry. Ashley's gifted musical abilities have gained her recognition throughout the United States. To name a few, Ashley has auditioned for a role in the "Aretha Franklin Bio", in Detroit Michigan. She has auditioned for roles in the world renowned New York theatrical productions, "The Color Purple" and "Hair Spray". She has also performed in local cable productions to add to her credits. Ashley was featured in the Almost Famous Magazine for the Cover Model Finalist for Washington, DC. Ashley is very gifted in writing and she also wrote her entire words for her new CD. Ashley's talents have taken her all the way to Hollywood, CA to audition in front of Top agents, Managers and Talent Scouts for Disney, Kid's International and Camera Ready Kids Talent Management, and The International Presentation of Performers (iPOP) where she made the top 10 ranking out of over 2,000 candidates. Ashley enjoys playing piano, singing, traveling, and acting". She also enjoys helping her mother cook.
