MARS GATOR was Born 'N East Clevelad,Ohio.At the age of 10 Mars Gator moved along with his brothers and mother to E-town. A poor suburb of Cleveland called the "BACK WOODS"..... because of its domestic violence and poverty Mars Gator, his Mother, and Brothers would stay with family members between the two cities. Growing up, music was always a big part of his life. He grew up listening to Ohio Artist such as.. The Isley Brothers, The Ojays, Anita Baker and the O.H.I.O Players.... His early influence Slick Rick, Run D.M.C, KRS One, Public Enemy and the Ghetto Boys just to name a few. Now Mars is ready to make is mark on the world. Not just in music but in history. Taking a path least traveled by blending hip-hop education and entertainment like no other. Mars proudly represents the Midwest, a region known as the " Mid Dub", and all other voices unheard. Mars Gator Accomplishments include his 1st Album " For Doubters" 15 songs Co-Produced by "Juneteenth and Mars Gator" under Mogul Music & Mind control entertainment. In early 2003 Mars landed the Starring role in an independent movie entitled " Safe Sex". In 2003 Mars was chosen by the "American Music Search" in Chicago Illionis. In early 2000, Mars gator and his family got evicted from their apartment in east cleveland and with no place to call home he and his family moved out to Oakland California to live with his brother who was stationed out there in the u.s. navy. Dispite all the trials and tribulations in his life mars saw the opportunty to pursue his music even further with his new home in the bay area. Mars gator began performing at local bars, clubs, parks and other venues and establishing himself as Mars Gator here in the bay area. Mars Gator is currently working on his highly anticipated sophomore album "THE CONCRETE COLLAGE" being Co-Produced by the Nkredibles, new era productions, and a few others. This will be Mars Gators debut album release since recently signing to recording label "P.i. Entertainment" in late 07,
