"If you don't start dancing while playing Tropico, one must seriously have no beat. PopTop Software has aligned a beautifully assembled score of "Caribbean Folk" (you could call it thousands of things) music. It matches the aura Tropico emits and really brings the island to life without any repetition. There are even lyrics in these songs, which actually caused me to bust out some of my great singing during my dictator regime. (No dancing occurred during this game's duration) Poptop Software has deftly captured the emotions surrounding Tropico and installed it into a great soundtrack."

"The music deserves a separate paragraph. I am no fan of Latin music, I'll admit that - but the music in Tropico has made me reconsider that. As soon as I heard the opening tune, I said to myself, "Heyâ¦that's not bad at all!". As I progressed through the game, I found myself nodding along with the rhythm, without even noticing it! Kudos to Daniel Indart, the person responsible for the game's soundtrack, for such an amazing job."
