Collyn Pankratz: Vocals / Guitars / Harmonica / Percussion / Bass and everything else - Born and raised in Alaska, Iâve been a self-taught Singer/Songwriter since 2002 after I graduated from the University of Buffalo, NY with a Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture. I took a few piano lessons when I was 11, been playing guitar since 1998, and unprofessionally been recording and producing my own music since 2002. So far; Iâve written, performed, recorded, and produced everything for two Shrewd Lucy self-released albumâs (âMirrorâ and âHey Motherâ) between February of 2007 and August 2007. Both of which have received great reviews and attention.

As Iâm a product of my influences from traditional singer/songwriter folk music to 90âs Seattle rock, I formed Shrewd Lucy based on the reflection of myself and my ideology of artistic expression. Itâs about being real, being genuine, and (in my opinion) about getting back to what music's suppose to be.
