Thom Field is part of a spiritual community based in Lynchburg, VA centered around the challenge of living a purposeful inward and outward journey. This music was inspired by, and comes out of, the contemplative traditions of prayer, silence and reflection. Although the community is rooted in the Christian tradition, it is influenced by and respects other faith traditions. These songs are pointers to the life and peace that we are all called to grasp for ourselves, living as channels of God's love and forgiveness in all relationships.
