A message heralded from a voice that stirs the soul. From the basement of baritones to the rafters of Heaven, Addison bellows out the Word in song with precision, power and presence. When he sings, all Heaven stands still. Small in stature but explosive in spirit! In a moments notice, heâs a still small voice, a tenacious tenor or a gospel squaller.
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Margrette J. Baker, and the late Pastor John L. Baker, Sr., Addison has been sent to bless the nations. Receiving prophecy of the explosive ministry that God promised him, he began singing at the age of two. With much preparation and in seeking Godâs face, God elevated him as Evangelist at age seventeen. Armed with a special anointing and spiritual gifts, he is called upon as a unique soulful voice and instrument of praise. Addison says, âMy desire is to please and glorify God through the ministry of song.â
Addison Baker âCEO, Executive Director, Pastor and Minister with diploma in Computer Programming and Cosmetology. He is a former youth minister of 6 years of the St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church; until he was later called as associate pastor for 7 years to The Church of the Holy Spirit at Little Rock, AR, which served as Spiritual Advisors to the local governor and later former President Bill Clinton. Addison later established his own ministries of 4 years, spanning a total of 18 years in the ministry. He is a prolific speaker and is passionate about the well-being of humanity, especially todayâs youth. He is a tailor by trade and talented in the field of music as a worship leader and gospel artist in which he has won several awards. He has worked in various conventions such as the Gospel Music Workshop of America, The Baptist Training Convention, and MegaFest held in Atlanta.
He serves as minister, spiritual counselor, and worship leader. He has served under the prophetic ministry of Bishop Thomas and Dr. Juanita Bynum Weeks, III. Displaying a gamete of local, national and international ministry, Addison also serves on the National Worship Team for The Gospel Music Workshop of America. Although he has a pastoral ministry, his passion is in serving the urban community. He works with transitional centers and shelters for men and women. He also has founded a pre-professional skills/mentoring program for youth. He is a full-time servant and student currently pursuing his BA in The Institute for Urban & Global Economic Development at the Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, GA.

The HIGHLIGHTS
He is a 2003 Stellar Awards Star Search Regional Finalist, 2003 1st place Male Vocalist/ Soloist with Christian Artist Talent Search. At Dr. Margaret Dourouxâs 17thAnnual National Heritage Gospel Conference held in Los Angeles, CA, he accompanied the renowned songwriter, V. Michael McKay for the televised âSave the Boysâ musical concert. He also accompanied Kevin Davidson and The Voices debut tour at St. Mark - Little Rock, AR - hosted by Mrs. Donna Grady Creer (The Gospel Announcerâs Guild). Addison has opened for various artists such as Chester D. T. Baldwin, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, and Smokie Norful. He has ministered in song for John P. Kee and many others including the former president of the United States, President Bill Clinton.
