Anointed and appointed by the Lord for this season, Elder LaSaun D. Forrest is a fresh wind blowing in the gospel music industry. Elder LaSaun, a native of Winona, Mississippi is the eldest daughter of Rev. Jimmy L. & Min. Rosie L. Forrest. Affectionately described as the " the miracle child" dedicated to the Lord's service at birth. Elder LaSaun accepted " the awesome call" on her life in 1994 in Baltimore, Maryland, where she diligently sought the Lord for her purpose. In 1996,in pursuit of destiny, the Lord ordered her steps to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she met her Spiritual parents, Bishop David L. Sylvester and Overseer Gloria B. Sylvester.

Since 2002, Elder LaSaun has been an awesome vessel from whom God has poured songs of worship, deliverance and restoration for the refreshing and healing of the nations. As an aspiring recording artist, this anointed psalmist and song-writer desires to share with the masses that which the Lord has birthed in her spirit. Elder LaSaun recently released her 1st CD project entitled "Transformed."

Although passionate about her music, Elder LaSaun also has a call upon her life to women and others who have been shunned by society. She has worked with women and chidren who have been victims of domestic violence and as an advocate for children and families. As she exercises her gifts through one-on-one ministry, one can experience her love of God and compassion towards mankind while listening to her on CDs, or reading her books and sermon manuscripts soon to come......that capture the hearts and minds of worshippers, guiding them to maturity in God, and subsequently securing souls
for the Kingdom.

A faithful member of New Dimensions Ministries of Northport, Alabama, Elder LaSaun serves as personal Assistant to Bishop David Sylvester, Youth Pastor, Director of Ministerial Affairs, Director of Sister/Sister Ministries, Registrar for Dimensions Institute School of Ministry (an affiliate of Faith and Fire Bible College), Office manager, Worship Leader of Dimensions PraiseTeam, and Vice President of New Dimensions Community Development Corporation.

Elder LaSaun is a graduate from the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Social Work. She is currently working in full-time ministry as the Administrative Assistant to Schools in the NewDimensions Child Development Center and New Dimensions Christian Academy. LaSaun Forrest Ministries, LLC was a prophetic word from the Lord recently manifested and she will continue to seek the Lord for the ministry assignments to come. Elder LaSaun has made the connection with FKP-"Favored With Kingdom Purpose", three artist in the same ministry seeking destiny and to reveal the GLORY in our worship.
