Pauline Drossart is a songwriter, guitarist and vocalist far removed from your average guitar siren. With deep Soul and Jazz influences, her unforgettable voice is heartfelt,
her lyrics inspiring and honest, all with a captivating presence on stage. From London to Los Angeles, Pauline is spreading her sweet sound to all those who experience the magic flowing through her.

At the age of eleven, without a word of English, Pauline moved from Belgium to London where she gradually found her new home in London and its music scene. She felt deeply connected and hypnotized by the sounds of Hip Hop, Jazz and Old School rhythms and melodies that London was spinning in the 80âs and 90âs. Music was Paulineâs education. At the age of sixteen, Pauline became a freestyle Hip Hop dancer and an MC with a recording contract by the age of eighteen. People grew fond of Pauline, an ambitious and rebellious teenager with a hot underground song. Some years later with her heart on her sleeve and songs in her pocket, Pauline embarked to America.

Relocating to Los Angeles in 2000 and immediately becoming involved in the live music scene, Pauline was inspired to pick up an acoustic guitar after a number of years playing with different musicians around town. Pauline developed her skills and became a prolific songwriter. She serves a smooth blend of acoustic guitar and soul. Take a listen for yourself.

The beautiful ballad âThrough Youâ is about an old love and what it takes to love someone, no matter what they are going through. And when you get to that place, the joy and freedom you get to experience from sharing unconditional love.

âWrapped Up In Youâ is a powerful song. Paulineâs poetry will stir you up. She talks of this song as an instant gift that appeared. It just came rushing out. It is one of her favorites.

For an added live show bonus, Pauline performs âLâ Amourâ. A breathtaking French song about Divine Self love. This was a freestyle that she chose to also include on her forthcoming EP.

Respected in her community, Pauline also works with the non-profit organization âNew Earthâ. She created and leads The New Earth Collective, which is a popular 15 piece musical ensemble that performs improvisational World Music around Los Angeles. As soon as they begun performing, it became a great success. The New Earth Collective serves as another platform of Paulineâs vast and diverse style of music.

Pauline also shares her ideology as a respected yoga teacher in her community. Commenting â I do my best to bring unity and balance to my life. What I bring to my yoga practice is what I aim to bring into my music and my relationships, which is honesty and compassion.â
Pauline has been playing in Los Angeles in well-known venues such as: The Hard Rock Café, The Mint, The Atlas Bar and Grill and The Sunset Room to name a few.

Today Pauline is planning a small but intimate tour for Paris, London, Brussels and Geneva promoting her forthcoming EP to be released beginning November under her new label Lovetribe Records.
