From the moment she sang in her first recording studio at nine years old on the boardwalk of Wildwood, NJ, Deena Marie Coppola had the dream of becoming a professional singer. Having the influences of her parents' love for music, Deena grew up hearing Elvis, Connie Francis, and beloved melodies of the 50's & 60's. At a young age, Deena Marie displayed talent by singing in church and performing with musical groups. Realizing her passion for singing at such a young age, Deena set out to make her dream a reality.

Deena Marie's debut album,"AND THEN I SEE YOU" features her original Pop, Country, and Christian tunes, one of which, "I Cannot Let This Moment Pass Me By," has aired on the radio. Deena writes with her heart, drawing from life's experiences and giving her all in crafting each lyric and melody.

With the blessings and encouragement of her family, Deena attended Berklee College of Music, in Boston, MA, where she studied voice and Music Education. With the prestigious training and rigorous curriculum Berklee has to offer, Deena graduated in 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Music with a dual degree and concentration in Vocal Performance and Music Education. Studying closely under the fine vocal training of Charles Sorrento and Didi Stewart, she honed her natural singing talent.

Deena Marie has sung America's "National Anthem" for the "Boston Red Sox" and the "New York Mets," as well as the NY/NJ Metrostars and the New England Revolution.

Deena has also studied acting and dance at Emerson College and the Boston Conservatory. She has appeared in several musicals including, "The Passion Play," in Union City, NJ, only minutes from Manhattan. Deena portrayed Mary Magdalene, a leading role in this musical journey of Jesus' life. She has also appeared in productions of "Annie," "Mame," and most recently, "Grease."

Using her talents to help others, Deena Marie has performed for various benefit events including the "Hoboken, NJ, Walk/Run" to help children coping with illness. She also organized and directed a concert to benefit an ill baby. In 1999, Deena competed in the "Miss Essex County Pageant," and was recognized for her efforts and achievements in Community Service. She also works with children, teaching them music, singing, and musical theatre. Deena uses her training to encourage children in music and in following their dreams.
