Paula Curci and Zoe Jade Austin return to their roots with 'BITTERSWEET,' APN's second release!

The 10 tracks o­n this release, are bitter and sweet. They represent the voyages we take in life, either to a concrete
location or to a place within.

The CD, is named after its first track, showcaseing Zoe Jade Austin's strong lyric style and the synchronized rock guitar of Tullio Vacchio. BITTERSWEET's acoustic vibe, inaugurates guitarist Vinnie 'Dean' Del Basso and Kiki Calafell into the Acoustic Poets Network. Paula teamed up with Vinnie on 'THE NIGHT OF THE BLOOMING CEREUS' and Vinnie is the voice of the open mic host o­n the hysterical spoof 'CUISINART MY HEART.' Kiki Calafell, returns again with her painting for APN's cover art. On this CD, she pairs up with Paula to write 'THE CHILDREN', a somber piece that ponders where missing and lost childern may have gone. Mike Sapone, again at the controls, engineered and mixed 'Bittersweet.' His music and the backround voice of little feather can be heard o­n 'OLD TOWN.' Paula and Zoe's spoken word harmonizing o­n Zoe's 'PRECIOUS MEANTIME' and 'SACRED DRIFT' take you back to thier duet days of live performance.
