Details:
Don Lyman, a singer-songwriter from the Boston area, recently released his first cd, "You'll Come Back Dreamer". From acoustic music to folk-rock to edgy electric tunes, this collection of original songs showcases Lyman's eclectic musical style.

Lyman has played with various bands as a rythm guitarist and vocalist, and most recently performed with the group "Lyman, Hulse, and Bouchie", along with lead guitarist Dan Hulse and drummer Tom Bouchie. The band has performed at Boston area colleges and clubs including the Kendall Cafe, the Sky Bar, Merrimack College, Mass. College of Pharmacy, Tufts University, and The Squealing Pig.

In January, 2003, Lyman got his first airplay when Boston radio station WXRV, 92.5 FM, "The River", played "Sitting Alone On A Sunday Morning", an acoustic song from his new cd. In September, 2003 the title cut of his cd, "You'll Come Back Dreamer", charted at number 6 on the weekly Top 40 countdown on New Artist Radio, an internet radio station.

His cd was recorded and produced by Chris Brenne at Magic Brew Productions in Cambridge, Mass. Lyman wrote all the songs on the cd, sang lead vocals and played rythm guitar. Brenne performed on lead guitar, bass, keyboards, and auxiliary percussion. Tom Bouchie played drums. Patty Evans played piano and flute. Chris Brenne, Dan Hulse, and Parul Vakani sang backing vocals. Mastering was done by Brian Capouch at Soundworks Studios in Watertown, Mass.
