Details:
Tricia Knight, a 22-year-old singer/songwriter from Maryland, performs with the Contemporary Worship Band, CrosSing, at St John Lutheran Church in Linthicum, MD.
Tricia began writing songs in high school, but got serious about making a CD a few years later. The process for recording her first CD, Free to Believe (EP), began in 2006, just before the news that her song "Free to Believe" was chosen as the theme song for the 2007 Community of Christian Women Conference.
With the help of her co-producer/co-writer Kevin Currie and a few musicians from CrosSing, including Alex Porter (guitar), Susan Hrybyk (piano), Aaron J. Percy (bass), and Beth Hrybyk (background vocals), years of planning and inspiration came to fruition. Her album Free to Believe is the stirring result.
