I am 26 years old, currently living in Redondo beach California. I grew up in Torrance, Ca... Long story short, I was kind of good kid, kind of not. Got into my fair share of trouble, had a good home, good family. I grew up going to church, mostly attended because there was cute girls... Later in highschool I left God for the party. For me, the party was a fast decline in my life. The next years of my life involved jail, hard drug use, drinking everyday, depression, hospital visits, debt, etc. The punk band I sang in was basically my dark path into self destruction, and at this point I was embracing the habits that were destroying me and didn't really care anymore. At the end of this journey I tried to kill the pain by ending my life. I was done with this life, but God wasn't, He saved me. He restored me to my family and I am undeserving of what he has blessed me with. The path I've walked since that day has been tough, but my eyes are now open. I have fallen many times but God's grace catches me everytime I fall, and I am still alive, he never left my side, and I thank him everyday. Through this journey I started writing songs about the daily struggles, and joy's of life. I write with a sort of subjective validation, yet it's songs that people can put their own emotions into. I write what's on my heart, I write of pain, Love, addictions, trajedies, change, happiness, etc. It's real, it's authentic. People often ask what my influence is, I tell them " my influence is my faith in a changed life and the one who changed it ". I can only hope that in playing music it will help people cope or escape for a moment in the midst this crazy life we live. I hope people that listen to my music, will hopefully hear my heart.
