Inside the eBook you include your affiliate links or links to your higher priced items. Also to download the eBook the buyer has to subscribe to your opt-in mailing list (building a list is a hugely important part of affiliate marketing).

Then you find affiliates to promote your 7 dollar report and you let them keep 100 of the profits.

The whole system is a huge viral process. Which in my experience works quite well.
