Formed from exsisting bands the members of DownLo were drawn together by their musical styles,their desire to succeed and their need to "ROCK..BALLS OUT"

A sound that can best be described as infectious was created when members Howard Hancox, Clint Barlow, and Todd Campbell hooked up with guitarist Christian Cabang in late 2002.
