Having You Around is a song I wrote about my grandfather a few months before he passed away. He was quite possibly the kindest man I have ever known. This song is far from perfect. It was recorded under less than ideal circumstances with less than ideal equipment. It might be too sentimental and it may even be too long. But it is what it is and I'm not going to change it. It was the very end of a documentary that I produced about my grandfather sometime around 1999.

I have 2 Aegis Awards and have been named to Producer magazine's Top 100 Producers of the Year. The video for Having You Around generated more business than ANY promotional film or commercial I have ever produced. Period.
