Biography of Victor Garcia a.k.a. Dragonica
Victor was born in New York in 1977 from a Cuban and Puerto Rican background. His family later moved to Puerto Rico where he first experienced music creation at the age of 8. Throughout his childhood, he showed an interest in music and the performing arts.
At the age of 15, his family moved to South Florida where Victor finished his schooling and continued to show an interest in music and entertainment. In high school, he was part of a 4-man group called Infinite in which he performed in live school events and charities. After graduating from high school he first began studying to become an actor and a singer, but at the suggestion of his parents he began a computer related career. While working with computers, he started making his own brand of music, and it later became more than just a hobby; it became his long lost dream.
In 1999 he started the Dragonica project. The name came from his fascination with dragons and his passion for electronica music. He took Dragonica through a 4-year journey which lead him to the creation of a blend of Dance, Hip Hop and R&B never heard or experienced before.
In 2004, he has completed his album « Revolution (Ant War) » which includes 13 of the most unique songs that anybody has ever heard. Victor currently continues his quest to bring his music to the world and to become the most unique artist among many.
