A sound between Himself and an inspiration of Lupe Fiasco with his own swagger. Just a versatile artist capapble of speaking his mind upon any situaion being only the age of 17. More on the smooth/hip-hop style, basically good food for your ears.

My name if Felix Jackson A.K.A Flex. I was born in Riverside, OH August 8th 1990, 17.. It has been said that I have a lot of talent in things like Poetry, Music Producing, and basketball. I Work on computers alot so im pretty much a Wiz at Logically Fixing things. I started my music career out around 1998-1999 with a computer microphone and sound recorder.
Me and my older cousin Latoya used to make rhymes together about the bad times and good times of life. We madeone album named "Bad Tymes" and another "Good Tymes", because my family likes to argue alot and i was pretty much terrible as a kid, and then again there was times where the family was actually together and happy. I was raised in Troy, New York. My mother used to have debt problems and things like that, so i wasnt really a good person at all. I started smoking at about 12, and stealing things, fighting, cursing my teachers out.
But dont get me wrong I had a lot of respect for my mother. I realized what i was doing with my life when i turned 14 years old, as where i started writing my rap, talkin about pretty much nothing at all. I had no equipment to record music, and i didnt have a clue on how to mix. So I got on a forum at soundclick.com and learned a little. I started using Acoustic Music recorder, which sucked very bad and on top of that, it was a trial version.
So I got Adobe Audition from one of my close friends, where my dude sam started coming over and we'd make music alllllllllll day. Me and His group was called Crowned Royalty, but it fell apart because he wasnt commited to it like i was. After he stopped making music I stopped the band, now a solo artist, I made a mini-label/commitment called IMC Productions (Inspired MC'S Productions) which worked very well. With that, I made a mixtape called "Life Music" which showed the people about things actually going on in the hood and the suburbian parts.
Now Im done with "Half Hood Half N.U.R.D", that shows the side of me attatched to the hood, and the very complex and unusual side of me like: buying new shoes every week, my apperance, my slang, the school I go to, where I come from, and what i do (Hood). Then its skateboarding, computer wizz, Gamergod, listening to rock/jazz/soul music, GFX head (N.U.R.D). And I abbriviated N.U.R.D because I have a couple of those in my crew. N.U.R.D Stands for Nerds Underrated Rollin Deep. Now finished with "LOST CAUSE" AND my "Doin Mah Thang" Series...Im now finished with "The Project". Now Im working on my album "How It Is"
