I devoured that box of 45âs (small music records) that my fatherâs disc jockey friend gave to him. I must have listened to those songs over and over again in the privacy of my bedroom throughout grade school. This music opened up a candy store of emotions. The Fifth Dimension, Petula Clark, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Carol King, Joni Mitchell, Dionne Warwick, and all the boy bands of the time. Music was a constant friend and I used it to smile, laugh, and cry through the breakdown of our family.

After about 19 years of marriage, my parents divorced. It has shaped me into who I am today. Unfortunately, there was a sense of insecurity in my life that only became apparent in my early 20âs while searching for lifeâs answers. I looked for love and peace in all the wrong places. Performing became my outlet to receive the love that I lacked thinking that fame and fortune would do it for me. Well, as you can see, I am here today to tell you that I didnât become famous as the world would say, but love came knocking and I became Bill Badamoâs wife and Anthony and Angeliqueâs mom! Iâd say that I made out!!! It was a struggle to accept my parentâs divorce and to move on to healing. I believed in Jesus but wasnât encouraged to know Him and His word on a personal level. My husband Bill had one of those firework conversions and I saw his COUNTENANCE change! While he prayed for me, he made me want to know Christ for myself I called out to Jesus to come and live in my heart...and He did!

10 years ago I picked up the guitar after seeing my son, Anthony learn the guitar so easily. He inspired me to begin studying with his guitar teacher, Jeff Phillips. Jeff encouraged me to start writing songs. If it werenât for him, I am not sure that I would have even tried! I began writing about my faith in Christ and the songs kept coming We put out my first cd, âJOYâ with the help on Studio Lâs, Rick Witkowski. The first song on the cd called âJESUS EVERYWHERE I GOâ made it to WORD-FM radio in Pittsburgh, PA with the help of Kenny Woods and John Hall. CORNERSTONE TELEVISION in Wall, PA invited me to sing and play on the show âHIS PLACEâ, while many coffeehouses, festivals and churches have invited me to minister. It was a wonderful time of meeting and ministering to many new people while seeing lives moved to seek after God in a deeper way.

Lots of living went on between my first project âJOYâ and my newest project âOCCUPIEDâ. Bill and his staff are still making men, women and children look great at his hair studio. My children grew up and moved on. Anthony is a musician whoâs band âBLACK TIE REVUEâ signed their first record deal with Gearhead Records in California. He is employed at Cricket Communications in Pittsburgh, PA.

Angelique finished her education at Robert Morris University with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. She is certified with the state of PA. In 2005, Angelique married her sweetheart, Brian Lorence. Brian is Partner and V.P. of Interactive with SunKING Digital in Pittsburgh, PA. March of 2008, she and Brian will make Bill and I grandparents of a little boy!!! Is that a gift from God or what!!!! We are elated to say the least!

In January of 2007, I went back into the studio with Rick Witkowski to record my second cd project, âOCCUPIEDâ. It has truly been a privilege to work with Rick. He is a super talented producer, musician, songwriter and studio technician. He has been like a brother to me, giving me the space to birth the songs that God has breathed in me. We also worked closely with a young man named Anthony Rankin. Truly a prodigy! He writes, sings, plays multiple instruments effortlessly while adding technical support in the studio. It has been a joy getting to know him. From âROCKS CRY OUTâ to âCOME JESUS COMEâ, this set has an eclectic feel for rock, soul, country and jazz. âI HAD AN EPIPHANY, KINDA LIKE A METAMORPHIS OF SORTSâ is the sum of the 10 songs. Prayers to God and encouragement to His people to get to know Jesus through His word while loving and obeying Him with all weâve got! This is my heart in a nutshell!

The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few! I pray that God will use me and my music in His harvest field wherever that may be. I hope to see all of you at your church, coffee house, festival or conference as I begin to promote my newest cd project âOCCUPIEDâ.
